Delivery terms

Dear customers, in addition to placing orders online from the orchid.am online store, you can also place orders every day from 10:00 to 22:00 at our store by contacting the following phone number: +374 91 55 06 18.

All orders are processed within 2 business hours. Delivery in Yerevan up to 6 km is AMD 1,500, in other areas - AMD 2,000. To know exactly the cost of delivery in marzes, please contact the following phone number: +374 91 55 06 18, as it depends on the distance.

Delivery takes place between 11:00 and 23:00. If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email. by mail, or by phone call.

In the orchid.am online store, delivery is carried out in the territory of RA and NKR.

Delivery and payment are carried out only in AMD.

If you want to receive the order at two different addresses, please make two separate orders. Within one order, the product can be delivered to only one address.

Purchases from abroad

The orchid.am online store gives you the opportunity to make purchases from different countries of the world through the website, for your friends and relatives living in Armenia. You can make the payment through Visa, Master Card, Idram, Telcell systems.

Payment methods

1. Online payment. Online payments on our website are made through Master Card, Visa, Arca, Idram, Telcell payment systems. If you are already registered in that system, after choosing the appropriate option, you will appear on the website of the given payment system, where you need to enter your username and password in that system and make the payment. If you are not yet a user of that system, you can register here.
2. Cash. This means that you pay for the product you ordered and its delivery when you receive the order, in cash. The courier provides you with a cash register receipt. After choosing this option on the corresponding page of the website, you also indicate whether it is necessary to bring change.
3. With Idram payment system. Idram is an electronic payment system that provides an opportunity to make payments in the Internet environment with units equivalent to AMD. To pay with Idram in the orchid.am online store, you need to select Idram in the "Payment" step of the order form, after confirmation, go to the Idram website and transfer the money from your account. We do not offer partial refunds based on the bank's policy.
4. Tellcell Wallet. You can pay for delivery in real time from anywhere. To use this convenience, you only need a smartphone connected to the Internet and a positive balance.
5. The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.
